By accessing or using RateMyFit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RateMyFit provides AI-generated outfit ratings and style feedback based on photos and preferences you provide. Feedback is for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Do not upload explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited content

5. Subscriptions & billing

Some features may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective store and subject to their policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant us a license to process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated ratings may be inaccurate or subjective. We do not guarantee specific style outcomes or results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
